RokRokInc. Recycled Jewelry Workshop 7.4.

In RokRokInc. Workshop people can create their own designs out of recycled materials. I bring the materials and tools and crafters only need to bring their creativity. This is how our workshop on 7th April went in lovely second hand shop and cafe Vallilan Stoori in Helsinki. Welcome next time!

Upcycling Workshop for Ohjaamo

Last week I threw a upcycling workshop at the opening day in Helsinki. The great thing with the workshop is that it never leaves nobody cold so to speak. Every person that touches the materials will get exited and soaked into the making mode. For sure. And everyone can make their own designs that are perfect. For example this is what we did during the day.

I also was interviewed about what kind of advice I would give to people planning to sell their handmade products. (If you are Finnish speaker you can read the interview here.) But what I said is that one should not think everything at once because that all is way too much to take. If you want to get it all figured out before even starting, you will never start at all. I recommend doing it little by little and taking it easy. ...And also it is most important of all to put your personality into the business. That is the key in being different.
